Working with Cisco for several years, we were asked by their talent acquisition team to address the antiquated experience of their recruitment efforts. We also needed to address the perception of Cisco among potential new hires that the company was outdated and out of touch the younger demographics. The reality was that Cisco operates much like a giant startup, giving employees room to grow, innovate and thrive. Telling that story while also improving the hiring and onboarding experience was the key to success. The story needed to be authentic and the experience needed to reflect Cisco as a top-tier technology company. The solution showed a dramatic increase in applicant conversions and redefined Cisco form a dinosaur to a thought leader.
