California Faucets, a family-owned custom faucets and fittings business in Huntington Beach, California, needed a complete overhaul to their website. The high-standard for quality their products are known for within the industry was not being effectively conveyed on their antiquated and buggy website.
Our task was to retool the user experience, improve product discoverability, and dial-up the essence of their brand as a customer-first, family-owned business rooted in innovation, performance, and quality. We developed entirely new content areas that brought their stories to life and gave voice to what makes them unique among their peers and competitors. An ambitious, 3-day photoshoot and extensive image curation process helped to clarify and unify their story.
