CLOROX

Creative leadership across brand, digital experience and an evolving in-house creative practice.

Joining The Clorox Company marked a shift from agency practice to working inside a global portfolio of consumer brands. Initially focused on digital creative and experience, the role expanded into broader creative leadership across brand, content, e-commerce and packaging, including serving as Creative Director for the Cleaning portfolio.

The work during this period ranged from enterprise initiatives, including the Clorox corporate rebrand and Employee Value Proposition campaign, to brand-level creative direction for some of the company's most established cleaning brands. Working within an in-house agency also brought a different kind of design challenge: connecting brand strategy, creative expression and the realities of producing work across an increasingly complex mix of channels and touchpoints.

Over time, the role began to extend beyond the work itself toward the tools, processes and capabilities behind it. Digital experience and UX, e-commerce, emerging creative technologies and GenAI increasingly became part of the practice, ultimately leading to the current role of Associate Director, Creative Technologist.

Today, the focus continues to broaden: exploring how creativity, technology and new ways of working can help creative organizations make better work, while continuing to remain actively engaged in brand and creative practice.
